Home :: Instructions for Receiving Credit/Method of Participation

Viewers are expected to view all presentations that are part of a symposium before attempting to complete the post-test and activity evaluation for that symposium. Successful completion will lead to the issuance of a certificate for 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™ per symposium -
there are 11 total. To receive credit, the course must be completed before December 15, 2012. If you attended the live presentation on
October 19-22, 2011, and have received CME credit for this program, you are not eligible for additional credit.

There are no fees for participating in and receiving CME credit for this activity. During the period December 12, 2011 through December 12, 2012, participants must follow these steps in order to receive CME/CE credit:

  • Sign In or Register
  • Read and accept the Terms & Conditions including the learning objectives and faculty disclosures
  • View and study the educational activity
  • Complete the post-test by recording the best answer to each question in the answer key
  • Complete the evaluation form
  • After successfully completing the online test and evaluation, your application will automatically be submitted to the CME/CE provider for processing. Your statement of credit will be mailed to you within 4-6 weeks.
